In order to focus even better on our core competencies in the future, we have decided to sell the business operations of WABE Wasseraufbereitung GmbH & Co. KG.

Throughout the entire HIMMEL^® technologies group of companies, extensive experience has been gained over the past 15 years in the field of water treatment and a large number of large-scale plants have been successfully built and put into operation.

However, the strategic decision was made that we should concentrate more on our core competencies, so the business operations of WABE Wasseraufbereitung GmbH & Co. KG have been sold as of 31 December 2021. We are very pleased that this area of responsibility will now be continued by the Bocholt SPALECK Group (www.spaleck.de).

We have successfully worked with the SPALECK Group several times in the past and we are sure that we have found exactly the right, forward-thinking partner for the area of water treatment, both for ourselves and for our customers.

Of course, we remain at our customers' disposal with our core competencies.
